Their wholesale and retail operation starts at slaughtering and includes fresh and cured meats, homemade sausages, German style specialty meats and sausages, and deer processing. State and National Award Winning Products, which include Country Style Smoked Hams (Bone-in and Boneless) and Bacon, Summer Sausage, Smoked Jerky, Bologna, Braunschweiger, Smoked Turkey, Schubert's Smokies (snack sticks, Bratwursts, and many more delicious products.Hermann, Missouri Wurstfest Award Winners include Braunschweiger (2 time winner of the Best of the Show), Head Cheese, Liver Sausage, Blood Sausage, Smoked Jerky, Bratwurst, Summer Sausage and Schubert's Bockwurst (an old German Favorite). As a result of Larry's achievements, in the summer of 2004, Larry and his son Bryan, were invited to Gross Bieberau, Hessen, Germany to prepare meat products such as bratwurst and cut pork steaks for an 'American Festival in Germany'.
